How does she relate concepts to your work?
Our office has a number of mature employees who find computer work confusing and they don't like change very much. Connie came in with the 'how'd you like to make your life easier' approach and gets them to 'buy in' to the changes. It's very effective.

Connie has the patience of a saint. Connie has a way of explaining things in simplistic terms that you can understand. By doing this the employees were able to capture and use the information given.

She sets up her sessions based on your needs, customizes the 'homework' assignments to be relative to your specific applications and follows up on all sessions to ensure you are doing ok.

I wish to commend you on the recent Maximizer course in which I was a participant. I found the course material to be relevant, useful and very well presented. I started applying what I learned almost immediately in the day to day operations of our office. Especially useful to our operation has been the use of macros for repetitive or complex tasks, use of letter and
fax templates (all correspondence is now logged to the appropriate contact) and the ability to mass mail to selected groups of contacts.
